Care guide

Help your crystal pieces stay beautiful.

Crystals and gemstones vary in hardness, porosity and sensitivity. Gentle handling is the safest starting point.

Clean gently

Use a clean, soft, dry cloth for routine dusting. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing brushes and household chemicals.

Be careful with water

Some minerals can be damaged, dulled or weakened by water. Unless you know the stone is water-safe, keep it dry and ask us before cleaning it.

Limit strong sunlight

Prolonged direct sunlight can fade some stones. Display coloured pieces away from strong windows and sources of heat.

Protect jewellery

Remove gemstone jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or using cosmetics and cleaning products. Store pieces separately to help prevent scratches.
