Returns
- Most unused items: request a return within 30 days of receipt
- Jewellery: returns may be requested within 14 days
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging
- Contact us before sending anything back
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and help put it right.
Important exceptions
Custom products, personal-care goods, sale items and gift cards may not be returnable. Return shipping is generally the purchaser’s responsibility. Crystal bracelets that break within three months of purchase may be eligible for repair.
